Refund Policy for Jaipur Hospital Laparoscopy Training Course

At Jaipur Hospital, Kaithal, under the leadership of Dr. Devendra Singh Panwar, we are committed to providing high-quality laparoscopy training programs for general surgeons, gynecologists, urosurgeons, and medical professionals. Below is our detailed refund policy:

Advance Payment and Seat Booking

To confirm your seat in the training program, an advance payment is required during the booking process.

This payment guarantees your spot in the selected batch and ensures proper arrangements for your participation.

Eligibility Requirements

Admission to the course is strictly for eligible candidates holding relevant medical degrees, regardless of payment status.

If an applicant is found ineligible based on qualifications, the advance payment will be refunded in full.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation with Notice:

Cancellations made at least 60 days prior to the start of the program are eligible for a full refund of the advance payment.

Cancellations made less than 60 days prior are not eligible for a refund due to administrative and logistical commitments.

Postponement:

Participants may request to postpone their enrollment to a future batch by providing at least 60 days’ notice.

The advance payment will be carried forward to the new batch.

Remaining Payment

The remaining balance of the program fee must be paid before the completion of the course.

Failure to clear the remaining payment may result in disqualification from certification or access to course resources.

Refund Process

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15 working days from the date of approval of the request.

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction, as per the payment gateway’s terms and conditions.

Special Circumstances

In case of unforeseen circumstances, such as medical emergencies, participants may submit a formal request for special consideration.

Decisions on such cases will be made at the sole discretion of the administration.

Non-Refundable Situations

No-shows or cancellations made after the program start date are not eligible for refunds.

Payments made for supplementary resources or optional services are non-refundable.
